Talk to me good people! I have a question. How many people believe self care is selfish? I did a group on self care tonight and it was refreshing. Who said putting yourself first is wrong? My belief is in order to give of self, you must nurture yourself first. Therapist have this saying "if the plane is going down give yourself the oxygen mask first".. if not you wont have the energy nor the oxygen it takes to give to anyone else.
