Making A Difference One Client At A Time
Ever since I was young, I knew I wanted to get into a career path that would make a difference in people’s lives and bring them a sense of peace and wholeness. This interest led me to study Early Childhood Education & Human Services and eventually to go on to study Social Work with a focus in Children and Families. As a trauma informed licensed Therapist in the greater New York area, I am committed to the well-being of all my clients and go above and beyond to meet their needs.
I truly care for all of my clients, and work diligently to help find them the answers they seek. Since 2013, I have worked with a variety of clients from early intervention to older adults, from stress & anxiety to goal setting, behavior modification and more. Each client I have the pleasure of working with is unique and possesses their own level of strength and resilience; which I greatly welcome, encourage and foster.

I incorporate effective Strength-Based Therapy utilizing a Person-Centered approach. Aiming to instill a greater sense of self & self worth by meeting my clients where they are and embracing all they come with, without allowing it to define them. It is essential to keep in mind that therapy is not a magic pill or a quick fix: therapy is a healing process that necessitates participation and investment from the client and therapist alike. But in the end, making small changes to self-defeating behavior and coping with feelings of sadness, fear, and pain can bring life-altering results.

How long does each therapy session last?
Each therapy session will last for 45min to 1 hr
How Long will I need therapy
This is personal to you!
The length of time you will need services will depend upon the complexity of your emotional health and well being. This will also depend on whether or not I'm seeing you weekly, bi weekly or monthly. When we get started together we will create a formal treatment plan. It is common for clients to meet the treatment goals they came in for and decide to continue on in therapy to address other areas of their lives.
Do you offer sliding scale rates?
Yes I do offer a sliding scale when indicated need is discussed
